How do I reserve the date for my event?
In order to reserve a date, we require a 50% deposit. We can email you an invoice for easy online payment.
Does your set up require electricity?
For outdoor day time events We do not require power, for night time events it is required.
For indoor set up, we may need one or two outlets on separate circuits (we require 20 amps from outlet for our electric set up). We carry our own power cords.
Is there a kids Menu??
We don’t offer a separate kid’s menu, but our portion sizes are generous enough for most appetites.
Should I rent a generator for my event if the venue doesn't offer one?
We offer generator rentals for events at an additional cost.
Is there a fee for exceeding the guest count?
We don’t charge extra for exceeding your estimated guest count, but to ensure we have enough food for everyone, please provide your most accurate headcount.
What do I need to provide for the chef?
We provide everything necessary to prepare and serve the crepes, disposable plates, forks, knives, and napkins. We recommend having a trash can available for your guests to dispose of their used plates, utensils, and napkins.
Do you have a Vegan and gluten-free Menu?
We can offer gluten-free vegan crepes for catered events for an additional $50 per batch (makes 4-6 crepes). Please note that not all fillings are gluten-free/vegan, so inquire about specific ingredients.”
Can my guests customize their own crepe?
Your guest can customizetheir crepe base on our menu.
How long does it take to set up?
Our staff typically arrives 60 minutes before your event to set up and ensure everything is ready to start serving at your requested time.
Would it be possible to add some additional crepe fillings to the menu?
Absolutely! To ensure we have the necessary ingredients, please let us know your preferred additional fillings in advance.
How long will it take to serve all of my guests?
With our crepe station service, we estimate it will take approximately 30 to 60 minutes for all guests to get their first crepe. It takes 2 to 3 minutes to make a crepe and each chef can make 2 crepes at a time. Although our packages are all you can eat, we recommend all guests order one crepe at a time to help with the speed of service.
Can we decide on the day of the event to keep the chef serving longer?
While we can’t guarantee extended service on the day of the event, let us know 30 minutes in advance if you’d like the chef to stay longer. Additional time is charged at $100/hour (pro-rated for half hours). This ensures the chef’s availability and informs you of any additional costs.
How many chefs and stations will be provided for my event?
The number of chefs and stations at your event will be depend on your specific needs. To get an accurate estimate, feel free to contact us and provide details about your guest count, many, and event duration.

Where can we try your crepes before signing the contract?
You may sample our crepes at our locations or at our crepe truck. A weekly schedule for the crepe truck can be found on our food truck page.

Can I provide additional crepe fillings for your chef?What do I need to provide for the chef and my guests?
You may not provide additional crepe fillings to the chef. Because we are a licensed and insured catering company, all food that we serve must be provided by us. If you would like additional fillings provided, please let us know and we will provide you with a quote for the additional fillings.
